Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused and in the original packaging. For hygiene-related products, items must remain unopened and unused.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and some skincare products.

Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Costs

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note that return shipping may involve international delivery depending on the product and fulfillment location. Full return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Tracked Shipping Requirement
Returns sent without tracking cannot be verified and may not be eligible for a refund in the event they are lost in transit.
- Lost Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if a tracked shipping method is not used.
Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. -
Order Cancellations: Orders need to be cancelled within 1 hour time after purchase before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may return the item in accordance with this policy.
